2025年第四届中日韩创新创业大赛暨中日韩创新合作周11月3日-7日在青岛举行。活动是中日韩创新合作中心青岛基地主办，由青岛中日韩知识产权国际交易中心有限公司实体运营，联合青岛市国际科技创新合作中心承办，青岛创业城市服务办公室、市北区科学技术局、城阳区中日韩协同发展促进中心、山东省海洋科技成果转移转化中心、黄河(山东)数字产业发展有限公司协办。

科技是国力的基石，创新是发展的引擎。在全球化浪潮中，科技不仅深刻重塑国家竞争力格局，更以其强大的赋能效应，为创新创业提供澎湃引擎。

战略擘画，构筑科创合作的核心枢纽

11月5日上午举办了第四届中日韩创新创业大赛暨中日韩创新合作周开幕式，韩国驻青总领馆领事田埈凡、日本驻青总领馆领事森田雅之、青岛市科技局党组成员、副局长于炳波、青岛市民营经济发展局党组成员、副局长江长海、青岛市工商业联合会党组成员、副主席张宣付、市北区副区长刘峰、城阳区副区长宋甜甜、莱西市副市长孔令良等来自三国的100多位嘉宾出席。开幕上，青岛市科技局党组成员、副局长于炳波，青岛市民营经济发展局党组成员、副局长江长海，青岛市工商业联合会党组成员、副主席张宣付共同启动了中日韩创新合作中心青岛基地。

据悉，青岛基地将在黑龙江、大连、苏州和海南建立节点合作，在日韩建立光州、大田、京都、奈良的枢纽合作，在中东、中欧筹备创新合作平台。中日韩创新合作中心青岛基地王可锋表示：青岛基地将以科技合作为核心、以全程服务为手段，以青年科技工作者和留学生为依托，以产业落地为目标，为中日韩企业提供知识产权、法律、人力资源、媒体宣传服务，并围绕农业科技、海洋科技、医养健康、航空产业四个产业方向，推动中日韩产业合作纵深发展、形成中日韩+X的青岛特色。

中日韩创新合作中心是为落实李强总理在第九次中日韩领导人会议上提议的重要举措，于2025 年 6 月 26 日正式挂牌成立。作为中国科学技术部批准设立的国际合作基地，该中心依托青岛、烟台、威海三地，构建“一中心两基地”的共建模式，以 “开放包容、互惠共享” 为理念，致力于打造三国科技创新合作的核心枢纽，推动联合研发、成果转化、人才交流等领域的务实协作，为东北亚区域发展注入新动能。

沃土生金，青岛迸发澎湃创业的斐然成效

青岛作为中日韩创新合作的战略支点，在三国合作持续深化的有利形势下，凭借丰沃的产业土壤和优越的发展环境，持续吸引着日韩资本与技术落地生根，已迸发出驱动创新、创业高质量发展的澎湃动能。

截至2025年5月,韩国累计在青投资项目14144个，实际使用外资210.6亿美元。2025年1-5月，韩国在青新设项目59个，实际使用外资1861万美元。截至2025年5月，日本累计在青投资项目2328个:实际使用外资69.4亿美元。2025年1-5月，日本在青投资项目5个，实际使用外资1.5亿美元。

在青岛，以丽东化工、欧力士、海信日立等为代表的日韩企业蓬勃发展，它们不仅带来了资本、技术与先进理念，更构建了成熟的产业生态，为后续创业者提供了丰沃的成长沃土与广阔的发展平台。

活动开幕式上，市北区副区长刘峰、城阳区副区长宋甜甜、莱西市副市长孔令良分别结合各区市特色做宣传推荐。正式启动的中日韩创新合作中心青岛基地，将致力于推动中国与日本、韩国三国在前沿科技领域的深度融合与协同创新，共同构筑更加繁荣和充满活力的创业发展新生态。(编辑：王海涛 责编：韩同瑞)
