中牟新区市场监管局召开融入服务全国统一大市场建设工作推进会

9月19日，中牟新区市场监管局召开融入服务全国统一大市场建设工作推进会，全局正股级以上干部参加会议，局党组书记、局长白钢林主持会议并讲话。

会议深入学习了习近平总书记关于纵深推进全国统一大市场建设的重要论述，传达了郑州市、中牟新区相关会议精神。围绕“五统一、一开放”要求，会议逐项梳理并全面部署了市场监管局在融入服务全国统一大市场建设中的工作任务。行政审批科、执法督查科等科室就任务分工、具体措施和预期目标等内容进行了交流发言。

白钢林强调，建设全国统一大市场是党中央作出的重大战略部署，是构建新发展格局的关键支撑，也是推动高质量发展的内在要求。市场监管部门作为政府履行市场监管职能的重要部门，在融入全国统一大市场建设中肩负着重要职责。全局上下要将此项工作作为当前和下一阶段的重点，精心谋划部署，狠抓落实。

白钢林提出四点要求：一是要深刻认识建设全国统一大市场的重大意义，切实增强工作的自觉性和主动性，主动学习研究相关专业知识，准确领会核心要义；二是要准确把握职责定位，在公平竞争、市场准入、质量标准等方面深入谋划，形成具有中牟特色的市场监管系统融入服务全国统一大市场建设的“解题思路”和“答题办法”；三是要强化履职尽责，主动担当作为，紧密结合实施方案，不折不扣地抓好重点任务和攻坚任务的落实；四是要注重改进工作方式方法，善于守正创新，及时提炼总结工作经验，积极打造如“进一次门、查多项事”综合监管、智慧监管等可复制、可推广的工作成果，在融入服务全国统一大市场建设中展现中牟市监的担当和风采。
