九月五日，“石聚合力•联动未来-2025数字电商赋能实体经济高质量发展大会暨资本创新高峰论坛”在北京全国人大会议中心隆重举办。大会由第十二届全国政协副主席刘晓峰宣布开幕，商务部原副部长张志刚、工业与信息化部政策法规司原司长李国斌、最高人民检察院国际合作局原局长阮丹生等领导嘉宾和政企学研领域代表齐聚一堂，代言人安婷作为特邀嘉宾出席盛会，共同探讨数字电商与实体经济融合发展新方向，为共同富裕事业探寻实践。

会上，“助推消费直播带货共富行动”正式启动。标志着这一聚焦民生消费、助力共同富裕的实践项目落地，彰显企业参与社会共富事业的责任与担当。
大会设置了“共富角度下的电商资本逻辑”圆桌论坛。郭洪安董事长与盈科证券执行总裁柯天雄等嘉宾，从产业实践、资本运作等维度，探讨数字电商赋能实体经济的新变化和新趋势。郭洪安提出，当前数字电商已从“流量驱动”转向“价值驱动”，“助消费直播带货共富行动”的核心是通过数字化激活下沉市场潜力，让产业链各环节共享发展红利。柯天雄表示，资本将持续关注数字电商与新消秀费道，通过股权投资、资源整合为实体经济企业提供全周期支持。
