仲夏时节，在海拔千米的五峰群山间，宜来高速宜昌段项目建设正酣。宜来高速宜昌段一标段柴埠溪特大桥的一处“安康驿站”格外醒目。这座利用施工板房改造的20平方米空间，成为项目部工会“情系工友”行动的生动实践。
“以前歇脚只能找树荫，现在能吹空调、喝凉茶，手机充个电继续干。”正在驿站纳凉的模板工老李笑着说。为最大限度便利工人，项目部工会实地测量各工点往返时间，最终将驿站设在施工区中心位置，确保所有作业面步行3分钟可达，充分体现了“工人至上”的管理智慧。
走进驿站，空调送出的凉风瞬间驱散身上的热气，饮水机里备好了充足的饮用水，方便大家随时补充水分。冰桶中，还储存着冰爽的绿豆汤等解暑饮品，喝上一口，从舌尖到心间都涌起丝丝凉意。防暑降温设施颇具匠心：工业风扇与可移动冷风扇形成清凉循环;药箱里藿香正气水、清凉油等常备药品按旬更新;冰帽、冰颈圈、医用级降温水床一应俱全。
时刻为可能出现中暑症状工人提供及时的救助，让员工们在工作时多一份安心，多一份健康保障。
宜来高速宜昌段项目全线设置的“安康驿站”和类似纳凉设施还有40多处，为一线人员高温环境下作业提供了健康保障，从而降低施工安全风险。入暑以来，湖北交投宜昌高速公路建设管理有限公司认真贯彻落实上级部门高温施工安全的部署要求，以“8-4-6”热射病防治法则为基础，结合项目实际，从防暑降温设施配置、物资配备、防暑药品、消暑饮品、高温时段作业管控和设施设备管理等方面进一步明确了高温天气施工安全管理要点，鼓励并要求各参建单位积极投入防暑降温资源。根据高温天气特点，每处作业现场设置纳凉设施，配置移动式冷风机、电风扇和应急降温水床，配齐配足防暑药品和饮品，实施弹性工作制，采取错峰施工、轮换休息模式，避开10:30至15：00的高温时段露天作业，科学调整劳动强度，避免高温疲劳作业，提高工作效率。数据显示，驿站设施投用后，工人高温时段中暑率下降40%，工人日均有效工时提升1.2小时，安全隐患同比下降25%。
