7月18日，山东省济宁市，辽宁省抚顺市、沈阳市，“两省三市”学雷锋志愿者联谊活动，在沈北新区虎石台街道大古城子村党群服务中心赵振金劳模创新工作室举办。
活动由沈北新区关工委秘书长詹明忠主持。 沈北新区关工委“五老报告团”副团长赵振金首先致欢迎词! “全国无偿献血奉献金奖”获得者、山东省济宁市道德模范提名奖、郭明义爱心团队济宁分队队长陈成合，宣读并向赵振金转交了全国总工会兼职副主席郭明义的题字。
随后，陈成合及抚顺市第九届“百姓雷锋”、抚顺市顺城区大将军学雷锋志愿服务队队长张文立，原中国医科大学附属第一医院医务部副主任、中国农工民主党中央委员王嫚林，沈北新区关工委志愿服务队队长方群等先后发言，畅谈了参加志愿服务活动的体会和感想。
参加活动的各位来宾相互赠送了纪念品，共同参观了“辽宁是雷锋精神发祥地”主题展览，并合影留念。
参加联谊活动并先后发言的还有：抚顺市第七批非物质文化遗产项目传承人、专注于葫芦烙画等民间艺术传承的徐道友。抚顺市文明观察员顺城区大将军学雷锋志愿者党支部委员金宝石，辽宁省航空运输协会顾问农工党沈阳市委参政议政智库专家赵永会。沈阳市道德模范、被誉为“中国军功章收藏第一人”的陆君祥，《中华雷锋报》编委、雷锋题材收藏专家李恩生，中弘文史(北京)辽宁分馆馆长、沈阳红色情怀展览馆馆长崔利华等。 (陈成合 陈贵富)
