7月10日，山西省大同市扫黑除恶斗争领导小组2025年第一次会议暨重点工作部署会召开，会议深入贯彻习近平总书记关于常态化开展扫黑除恶斗争的重要指示精神，传达学习习近平总书记考察山西重要讲话重要指示精神，贯彻落实全国和省扫黑除恶斗争领导小组工作会议精神，总结工作，研究部署下一阶段重点任务。市委副书记、政法委书记、市扫黑除恶斗争领导小组组长艾凌宇出席会议并讲话，副市长、市公安局局长、市扫黑除恶斗争领导小组常务副组长张晋伟主持会议，市中级人民法院院长丁国华、市人民检察院检察长岳岐峰和市扫黑除恶斗争领导小组其他副组长参加会议。
会议指出：2024年常态化推进扫黑除恶斗争各项工作取得明显成效，各成员单位以学习贯彻《反有组织犯罪法》为牵引，坚持打防并举、标本兼治，深化线索核查、案件办理、行业整治、基层基础等重点工作，在组织保障、打击效能、“打伞破网”成效、行业治理深度、基层战斗堡垒强度和普法宣传广度上实现全面提升。
会议强调：要坚持问题导向、效果导向，紧盯重点问题和关键环节，推进常态化扫黑除恶斗争走深走实，要强化政治担当，深刻领会常态化开展扫黑除恶斗争的重大意义，进一步增强工作责任感和使命感，确保各项工作任务落实落地。优化线索核查，拓展来源渠道，完善核查机制，提升发现和处置黑恶势力的能力。深化依法严打，加强部门协同，凝聚打击合力，深挖彻查“保护伞”，深化打财断血，提升办案质效。推进重点行业整治，深入开展“三书一函”质效提升年活动，健全行业监管机制，压缩黑恶势力生存空间。夯实基层基础，持续在基层组织建设、加强源头治理等工作上下功夫，铲除黑恶势力的滋生土壤。加强组织领导，压实工作责任、注重统筹结合，强化队伍建设和宣传引导，不断推动工作取得新突破。
会议还就近期重点工作进行了安排部署。
