星环雕塑由37根环形不锈钢雕塑柱组成，最高处近30米 ，整体造型宛如宇宙星空中的星环，充满了宇宙中的神秘感，科技感与艺术气息。其设计灵感来源于浩瀚宇宙，腹背灯箱可闪耀星光，营造出神秘而浪漫的氛围，象征着宇宙的深邃与人类科技探索无限的可能。

据总承包单位湖南赢征集团董事长王泓君介绍，星环雕塑的诞生过程充满了艰难和挑战。其独特的造型极为罕见，国内没有成功案例可供参考。为了实现设计师对宇宙星环效果的极致追求，雕塑顶部未安装金属连接杆，这对结构设计和力学计算提出了极高的要求。经过团队多次深入研讨和反复的力学计算，才最终确定了可行方案。

在安装过程中，由于宇宙星环的间距并非等距离，加上施工地理条件等限制，出现了两个相对较宽的间距。起初在业主层面引发了一些争议，但团队大胆创新，将错就错，反而让这种有变化的间距成为了一种独特的美，为雕塑增添了别样的艺术韵味。
