新华社北京11月23日电 中央宣传部、中央文明办23日在京召开拓展新时代文明实践中心建设工作电视电话会议。中共中央政治局委员、中宣部部长黄坤明出席会议并讲话，强调要坚持以习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想为指导，深入学习贯彻党的十九届六中全会精神，认真总结试点经验，准确把握时代要求，全面深化拓展新时代文明实践中心建设，更好激励动员人民群众奋进新征程。
黄坤明指出，新时代文明实践中心建设，是以习近平同志为核心的党中央作出的一项重要决策，是宣传思想工作盘活基层、打牢基础的重要改革。试点工作开展以来，取得了丰硕成果，积累了丰富经验，在加强思想政治引领、满足人民群众需求、密切党群干群关系、培育社会文明风尚等方面发挥了重要作用。
黄坤明强调，要大力发扬我们党宣传群众、教育群众、引领群众、服务群众的优良传统，着力用习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想教育人，用社会主义核心价值观培育人。要坚持群众主体地位，践行为人民服务宗旨，突出精准、注重实效、形成常态，在办实事解难题中暖人心、聚人心，激发人民群众劳动创造幸福、奋斗成就梦想的动力和热情。要加强组织领导，强化责任落实，注重城乡一体推进，抓好资源统筹整合，推动新时代文明实践中心建设向纵深发展。
