【延大附中】乘风破浪，扬帆起航— 延大附中2021—2022学年度第一学期教师培训会

     秋风送爽，金桂飘香。延大附中迎来了2021年秋季开学！为了使新学年工作开好头，起好步，统一思想、明确方向，促进学校教育教学工作又好又快发展，8月28日中午，延大附中召开全体教师培训会。

    参加本次大会的有：黄巨国校长、延大附中党支部书记杜成贵、常务副校长李华才、德育副校长王华、德育主任张宁和延安博文中学副校长周继民，高中部教学副校长、教导处主任和招生办主任贺明、博文中学教科研副校长、初中部教学副校长付红丽，行政及后勤副校长孙梅中。

      周继民副校长讲解学校教育、德育、班主任工作及学生违纪处理办法，他的讲话让我们深深的体会到，德育工作是学校工作的重中之重，他更是一门艺术，不但需要聪明和智慧，也需要耐心和恒心。我校将进一步解放思想、开拓思路，积极探索新时期德育工作的新途径、新方法，全面实施素质教育，不断丰富学校内涵，促进学生发展，把我校办成学生满意、家长放心、社会认可的品牌学校。

     近年来，我校始终把高效课堂建设作为一项重要工程来抓，教育教学质量是学校的生命线，提高教育质量是每位教育工作者不懈的追求，构建高效课堂是全面提高教育教学质量的必由之路。付校长的解读很实在，也非常前卫。冰冻三尺非一日之寒!用心、钻研、善思、不断积累、不断总结、不断提高是延大附中的教研工作取得成功的关键。

   “没有规矩，不成方圆”。为使教学工作有章可循，管理有条不紊，李校长针对本次培训为老师们解读学习了相关的教学工作制度，使老师们明确了工作的努力方向，规范了老师们的教学工作行为。
