惊爆：安化帅哥丁胜祥残忍坑骗残疾女巨款天理不容!

本人是未婚女青性，腿部残疾，在单位我的主管领导丁胜祥（湖南省安化县小淹镇白莲村第六村民组常驻：安化县东坪镇吴合新村村民委员会二楼）对我格外关爱，人帅有魅力，深得好感和信任，因此数十次向我借款（从银行贷款），承诺尽快偿还，合计31万余元，其上月离职回湖南，我告诉他银行催款，让其还款，希望同情一下我的身体偿还借款，我父母年纪大，都无还款能力，但是丁胜祥不但不还，反把我拉黑删除，逃匿躲避，我如今经济拮据银行催款走投无路，请求警方以及社会舆论帮助，促其良心发现，偿还骗款。
诈骗构成：
1.经过最近了解调查，丁胜祥本人隐瞒自己是老赖、自己是失信人黑名单，问我借款，没有偿还能力，给我造成巨大经济损失，涉嫌借款诈骗。
2.我行动不便，收入微薄，涉世未深，没有能力分辨自己领导用心险恶，看似善良热心，实则处心积虑实施诈骗，天理不容!
3.丁胜祥索取金钱，从未出具任何借款凭据，然后微信电话拉黑删除我，失联躲避还款，行为意图诈骗。
4.追款中经多方了解，发现丁胜祥有犯罪前科，我本人非常无助感觉被骗，现只能请求警方以及媒体曝光督促其良心发现还款。
5.如今丁胜祥承认拿了我的钱，并威胁我报警大不了坐牢，诉讼也是黑名单，因此，我只能恳请警方媒体协助，可否诈骗立案曝光，严惩坏人。
如有捏造虚构事实，本人愿意承担法律责任。
