【郑州及时停工停业停学停运】记者从郑州市防汛抗旱指挥部了解到，8月21日12时，郑州启动防汛Ⅱ级应急响应。郑州市防汛抗旱指挥部要求，各地严格落实《气象灾害预警信号》提出应对措施，按照《郑州市气象灾害应急预案》规定，及时采取停工、停业、停学、停运、停课、停产等措施，提醒市民强降雨期间不要外出，远离河道、水库、山洪灾害、地质灾害等危险区域，坚决守牢安全底线，全力做好防汛工作。（央广网记者彭华）
