近年来，海口牢固树立并践行绿水青山就是金山银山理念，加大环境综合整治，不断完善环境保护体制机制，切实提升生态环境治理能力，持续打好蓝天、碧水和净土保卫战。

坚决打赢蓝天保卫战——
打赢蓝天保卫战，离不开科学有效的治理措施。
今年以来，海口通过加大禁燃限放烟花爆竹管控力度、加强禁止露天焚烧巡查、印发实施《海口市中心城区道路积尘负荷考核办法》、强化机动车污染防治、加强施工工地扬尘治理、开展工业园区专项检查等，多措并举保障空气质量持续优良。
“每当空气中的有害颗粒物增多，自动监测器就能快速捕捉，并同步上传实时监测数据，工作人员发现异常后，就会立即上报处理。”在海南省环境空气质量自动监测站海口市石山子站，工程师李松蔚介绍。
科学治理的成效正在不断显现。前不久，生态环境部通报今年1至8月全国环境空气质量状况，海口在全国168个重点城市中排名第一。
持续打好碧水保卫战——
9月9日，海口市2022年度第三批重大项目集中开工仪式举行。其中，山内溪污水处理设施提标重建项目受到了不少媒体的关注。“项目建成后，将大大缓解山内溪雨水箱涵污水溢流污染南渡江问题。”项目有关负责人介绍。
近年来，海口率先在全省全面推行河（湖、湾）长制，坚持规划引领、问题导向，系统治理，并初步摸排建立“六水”问题清单。
此外，为做好水体治理工作，海口每周对全市36个城镇内河湖断面水质进行监测，对水质不达标原因进行分析，指导辖区政府落实水体治理责任。同时，加快开展农村生活污水治理，持续抓好近岸海域污染防治，建立海上环卫长效机制。
数据显示，2021年海口城市集中式饮用水源地水质达标率100%，乡镇及以下集中式饮用水源地水质达标率85%。
稳步推进净土保卫战——
今年，海口成功入选“十四五”时期全国“无废城市”建设名单，这是对海口净土工作的嘉奖。
海口印发实施的《海口市“十四五”土壤生态环境保护规划》，进一步明确土壤治理目标，谋划一批土壤防治重点项目。同时，推进畜禽粪污资源化利用和废弃农膜、农药回收利用，开展土壤环境质量状况详查，加强危险废物规范化管理。
海口市生态环境局负责人介绍，近年来，海口坚持做污染“减法”，持续提升固体废物污染防治水平，严抓危险废物管理，不断强化土壤污染防治，受污染耕地安全利用率稳步提升，重点建设用地污染地块安全利用率100%。
下一步，海口将持续抓好减排降碳、垃圾分类、禁塑、“六水共治”，以及生态环保基础建设等工作，持续提升生态环境治理能力，巩固生态保护成效，用绿色擘画生态蓝图，以优异成绩迎接党的二十大胜利召开。（记者 梁冰）
