当夜幕降临，丽江古城也披上了璀璨的星光，古城里灯火通明，游人络绎不绝。在古城某餐厅内，一群“新丽江人”正在共进晚餐，一起欢度中秋，他们分别来自重庆、广州、福建、成都等地，因为疫情、因为工作他们都没有回老家。这一刻，他们就是一家人。
黎振宗是广东人，2004年来到丽江，一呆就是18年。此后逢年过节他都没有离开过丽江，以前家人还会来丽江陪他一起过年。近几年受疫情影响，无论是中秋，还是春节，他都一个人过，好在还有这些来自五湖四海的朋友作伴。
“刚来丽江就很喜欢，被这里的风土人情、环境所吸引，最后选择留下来创业。丽江是个旅游城市，别人放假休息就是我最忙的时候，逢年过节也没有时间回老家。今年一个人在丽江过中秋，虽然不能和家人一起，但是对他们的思念从来没有停止，就让明月寄去我的思念和祝福。”
同样作为“新丽江人”的吴昌龙，也是2004年从老家四川来到丽江，与黎振宗不同的是，他们一家人都在丽江。逢年过节，除了和家人一起度过以外，还会和来自五湖四海的“新丽江人”共度佳节。对他们来说，丽江就是第二故乡。“在丽江过中秋和老家不一样，老家过节基本都是和亲戚一起，在这里五湖四海的“新丽江人”聚在一起过节，感受很不一样。”（来源：丽江热线）
吴昌龙表示，每年纳西阿妈们都会亲手做手工月饼，送给广大游客，节日氛围很浓，能让他们感受到不一样的民俗氛围。“往年在四方街、大水车附近都会举办民族打跳等活动，游客能参与其中，很祥和、很圆满的感觉。疫情当下的中秋节，希望大家能够身体健康，祝愿防疫志愿者、医务人员都能够平平安安，每个“新丽江人”都能开开心心。”
