会上，供水、供电、供气企业相关负责人员介绍了各自单位计量管理工作情况，就工作中的亮点做法进行了宣讲，就工作中存在的堵点难点进行了阐述。局标准计量科科长姚萍对《市场监管总局关于发布<城镇供水供电供气公用企业计量行为合规指南>的公告》进行重点解读，针对各企业工作中存在的问题给予解答，并安排部署下一阶段计量工作。
最后，计量工作主管领导胡海涛对各公用企业提出要求：水电气是关系国计民生的基础公共服务，计量精准度、收费规范性直接关乎群众的获得感、幸福感和安全感，各企业要切实提高政治站位，主动扛起主体责任，按照《合规指南》要求，完善计量管理制度和相关台账，全面落实民用水表、电表、燃气表首次强制检定和到期轮换制度，营造民用“三表”良好计量环境。市场监管部门要紧密围绕《合规指南》的要求，进一步开展民用“三表”检查工作，对违法违规行为坚持“零容忍”，切实筑牢民生权益保障防线。
