闻雪而动除冰雪，暖心守护平安路

近日，郑州遭遇强降雪侵袭，凌寒街社区辖区内主干道、人行便道、单元楼出入口及背街小巷迅速被厚雪覆盖，部分路段因低温凝结薄冰，给居民日常出行带来极大安全隐患，尤其对老年群体、学龄儿童等重点人群的出行构成直接威胁。

“雪情就是命令，民生就是责任。”凌寒街社区闻雪而动、迅速响应，第一时间组织工作人员携带铁锨、扫帚等除雪工具集结待命，顶着凛冽寒风、踏着没过脚踝的积雪，全力投入除雪保通战斗。现场暖意融融、干劲十足，铁锨铲雪的碰撞声、扫帚清扫的摩擦声与工作人员的吆喝声交织成曲。大家分工明确、默契配合，有的奋力铲除路面厚雪，有的仔细清理便道薄冰，有的重点打通单元楼出入口“便民通道”，用双手消融冰雪，用脚步丈量责任，以最快速度为居民铺就出一条安全通畅的“暖心路”。

此次除雪行动不仅及时消除了降雪带来的安全隐患，保障了居民正常出行秩序，更以实际行动拉近了社区与居民的距离，让邻里温情在冰雪中传递，进一步增强了社区的凝聚力和向心力。下一步，凌寒街社区将持续密切关注天气变化，健全完善极端天气应急响应机制，强化巡查值守与动态排查，持续跟进残余积雪清理工作。社区将始终把居民需求放在首位，把为民服务的初心转化为常态化举措，用点滴行动凝聚服务温度，切实筑牢基层服务“暖心防线”，不断提升居民群众的获得感、幸福感和安全感。
