这是中国艺术史上第一位听力残疾全才艺术家，以“一带一路”倡议和构建人类命运共同体为创作语境，独创的融汇中西，独树一帜的大型景观公共艺术作品!这是首位中共党员身份的艺术家以艺术为人民服务，艺术为祖国服务的宗旨，为祖国 “一带一路”倡议创造的象征符号!
这是为贯彻党的“二十大”精神，推进民族优秀文化走出去，实现中华民族伟大复兴的艺术践行!是促进中华文化走出去和中国残疾人对外文化艺术交流，中外文明互鉴的桥梁!
这是为宣扬能影响世界人民的中国特色的社会主义文明和中国价值观，加强“一带一路”沿线国家文化设施建设和国际经贸合作，艺术家王泓君自筹经费经过十年的艰苦创作筹备完成，丝路福船——王泓君世界巡回展览即将隆重开幕!
