2025年2月19日,我机构南宁市益群致善社会服务中心接收到大沙田街道办前进社区工作人员线上报料,在大沙田前进社区辖区内有一名流浪人员在附近游荡。需要益群社工进行协助,社工接到该情况后火速前往现场。
在现场通过沟通了解到其广西浦北县人、目前在大沙田居无定所。其自述在宾馆住宿,但目前无法支付住宿费用。在了解该情况后,社工邀请派出所民警一同协助办理,经过大沙田街道确认该名男子属于低保户,并伴有精神疾病。益群社工在了解该情况后与男子交流,确认其是否愿意接受救助。在确认其愿意救助后,社工联系心康脑科医院工作人员接送至医院住院治疗。

2025年3月份,我机构社工致电心康脑医院,回访秦某近期生活状况,是否配合治疗等。医生告知:秦某刚开始有反激情绪,经过药物和医护人员的安抚和照料,慢慢进入正常精神状态,配合医院的医护人员的安排。我们社工也积极联动民政相关部门,寻找秦某家属,终于在4月10日找到其家属的联系方式。社工多次联系家属说明秦某情况,希望家人能接纳秦某归家。

2025年4月14日下午9点50分左右,秦某的弟弟和侄子到达心康脑定点医院,在益群社工的陪同下家属们一起来到了秦某的安顿之处。家属看到秦某安然无恙,激动不已,对社工连声道谢。家属表示:“我们一直在寻找他,从未放弃过。如今得到益群社工以及大家的帮助,终于实现了这个愿望。”
当天10:30分左右,在外流浪的秦某也终于踏上回家路。这场爱心接力不仅让赵某与家人团聚,也展现了益群社工、警方、民政等多个部门联动,以及热心市民之间的紧密合作和无私奉献,他们用行动诠释了“以人为本、为民解困”的真谛,他们的善举不仅温暖了赵某家属们的心,也让这个社会变得更加美好和温暖。
“应救尽救,应助尽助”一直都是益群社工的救助工作原则,益群社工也会不断加强日常巡查救助工作,继续对辖区流浪人员等特殊人群给予帮助,进一步加大救助力度,提升社工服务能力,力争每一位流浪人员都能获寻到帮助。
