为进一步提高社会各界对非法彩票的识别与防范能力，守护群众财产安全与社会公益底线，倡导理性购彩，营造健康有序的彩票市场环境，12月14日，湖南体彩走进湖南民盟青年委员会，以“抵制非法彩票，拥抱健康生活”为主题，为现场盟员举办了一场别开生面的购彩者权益保护专题宣讲活动。
宣讲现场，湖南体彩工作人员围绕非法彩票的界定标准、常见形式与主要诈骗手法进行了系统讲解，深入分析了非法彩票对个人财产、社会秩序以及公众心理造成的多重危害，并呼吁公众认准正规购买渠道、保持清醒头脑、坚持量力而行，切实提高防范能力，自觉抵制各类非法彩票活动。
