宣讲现场，湖南体彩工作人员围绕非法彩票的界定标准、常见形式与主要诈骗手法进行了系统讲解，深入分析了非法彩票对个人财产、社会秩序以及公众心理造成的多重危害，并呼吁公众认准正规购买渠道、保持清醒头脑、坚持量力而行，切实提高防范能力，自觉抵制各类非法彩票活动。
