冬启新章，暖意聚堂，大雪时节的北京，寒风渐起，却挡不住同心相聚的热忱，12月7日，北京砚文化发展研究会换届选举暨第三届第一次会员大会在善品堂国学院隆重举行。特邀领导、嘉宾及会员齐聚一堂，共同见证这一承前启后的历史性时刻。
