初冬时节，湘江之滨暖意融融，太极之风浸润星城。2025年11月28日，2025年全国太极拳健身站点(湖南站)骨干教练员师资培训班在湖南拳霸武林青少年俱乐部正式拉开帷幕。来自全省14个市州的116名太极拳骨干教练员齐聚一堂，开启了为期三天的沉浸式研修，共同为湖湘大地的全民健身事业注入新的活力。
本次培训班是在国家体育总局武术运动管理中心、国家体育总局武术研究院、中国武术协会的统一部署下，由湖南省武术协会承办的一项重要年度培训活动。其目的在于系统提升基层太极拳教练员的理论素养与教学技能，夯实太极拳健身站点的人才根基，进一步推动太极拳这一民族瑰宝在“全民健身”国家战略中发挥更大作用。
精英汇聚，共绘太极新蓝图
28日，开班仪式在雄壮的国歌声中正式开始。湖南省武术协会常委副主席郝钢、姜夏洪等领导出席开幕式。常委副主席兼秘书长游亮东在致辞中强调：“太极拳不仅是中华优秀传统文化的载体，更是促进人民身心健康的有效途径。骨干教练员是连接高水平传承与大众普及的桥梁，希望大家珍惜机会，学有所成，回去后能像种子一样，在各自的站点生根发芽，带动更多人科学、安全地参与太极拳运动。”
参训的104名学员，均是经过各市州推荐的一线精英。他们中既有深耕太极数十载、教学经验丰富的资深拳师，也有毕业于体育院校、充满创新活力的年轻教练。年龄跨度虽大，但追求技艺精进、服务大众健康的初心却高度一致。未来三天，他们将围绕太极拳理论、竞赛套路规范、教学方法创新、运动损伤预防及站点组织管理等核心内容展开系统学习与实操考核。
承古拓新，赋能基层健身服务
本次培训专家们分享了如何针对不同人群(如中老年、办公室人群)设计教学方案，如何利用新媒体平台扩大太极拳影响力，以及如何高效组织社区健身活动等实用知识，为骨干教练员们全方位“充电赋能”。我们举办这样的培训班，不仅仅是教套路、教技术，更是要培养一批懂理论、精技术、善教学、会管理的复合型太极拳传播者。更是‘火种’，把标准的技法、科学的理念和规范的管理带到三湘四水的每一个太极拳健身站点，让太极拳服务更多人民群众，为健康湖南、体育强省建设贡献力量。(图文： 李栋鸿)
