2025 年 11 月 28 日，吉林省企业权益保护协会联合长春市新区人民法院共同召开涉企营商环境座谈会。活动伊始，在长春市新区人民法院院长薛成君的带领下，吉林省企业权益保护协会会长霍跃生、常务副会长兼秘书长韩雅秀及企业家代表一行，首先实地参观了长春市新区人民法院 “未成年人审判六大保护阵地”，从温馨的探望室、专业的家庭教育指导中心到彰显司法温度的圆桌法庭，处处细节都生动诠释了新区法院“教育、感化、挽救” 的司法理念。随后，参观了诉讼服务中心、涉企案件审判庭等场所，薛成君院长详细介绍了法院的机构设置、司法服务流程、智慧法院建设成果及涉企案件办理特色机制，让企业家代表们直观感受了法院在提升司法效能、优化涉企服务方面的扎实举措。
参观结束后，座谈会在长春市新区人民法院会议室正式召开，会议由薛成君院长主持。会上，薛成君院长首先全面介绍了长春新区人民法院的发展概况、司法职能及涉企审判工作成效。他强调，法治是最好的营商环境，长春新区人民法院始终将服务保障民营经济发展作为重要政治任务，聚焦企业发展痛点难点，不断创新司法服务模式、提升审判执行质效。新区人民法院要以公正高效的司法服务为长春市法治营商环境筑牢根基，为民营企业安心经营、放心发展保驾护航。随后，长春新区人民法院分党组成员、副院长孙立金、政治部主任傅海军等法院相关庭室负责人依次发言，围绕涉企合同纠纷化解、知识产权保护等重点工作进行详细阐述，表达了践行司法为民理念、全力支持企业发展的坚定决心。
吉林省企业权益保护协会会长霍跃生随后发言，对长春新区人民法院长期以来关注企业发展、主动优化涉企司法服务的各项举措表示衷心感谢。他介绍了协会的核心职能与工作成效：作为连接政府、司法机关与企业的桥梁纽带，协会始终致力于保护企业合法权益、优化营商环境。霍跃生会长指出，民营经济是吉林振兴发展的重要力量，而法治保障是民营经济健康发展的核心支撑。长春新区人民法院的专业司法服务与协会的桥梁纽带作用，亟需通过制度化合作形成叠加效应，建议双方建立长效沟通机制、明确专人对接机制，确保企业诉求得到快速响应、有效解决，让法治成为民营企业发展的“定心丸”。
吉林省企业权益保护协会常务秘书长韩雅秀表示：“协会将持续发挥桥梁纽带作用，引导企业‘知法、学法、守法、用法’，助力企业健康发展”。
在互动交流环节，企业家代表们结合自身经营实际，围绕企业在合同履行、知识产权保护、劳动用工、债权实现等方面遇到的司法难题踊跃提问、坦诚交流。长春新区人民法院相关负责人针对企业家提出的诉求逐一细致回应，现场解读相关法律法规，提供专业法律指导和切实可行的解决方案，赢得了企业家代表们的一致认可与好评。
会议最后，法企双方达成重要共识。薛成君院长明确表示，长春新区人民法院将与吉林省企业权益保护协会正式建立长效合作机制，重点推进三方面工作：一是健全沟通联络机制，定期开展法企座谈等活动，精准掌握企业司法需求;二是深化信息共建共享，畅通涉企法律风险预警、典型案例通报等渠道，助力企业防范法律风险;三是同向发力落实《民营经济促进法》，将服务举措细化分解到具体庭室、具体人员，确保各项司法保障政策落地见效。
此次座谈会的召开，不仅搭建了法企常态化沟通的坚实平台，更凝聚了法治护航民营经济发展的强大合力。双方将以此次会议为契机，推动长效合作机制落地生根，切实把法企协同的制度优势转化为服务企业发展的实际效能。
