“我说的是圆，你摸到的是柱;我指令清晰，你答案各异”——在人际互动里，“沟通错位”从来不是少数人的困扰。校园里的每一次小组合作、每一回师生交流、每一段同学相处，都离不开“沟通”二字，却也常因“理解偏差”产生隔阂;同时，快节奏的学业压力下，同学们也需要一个出口释放情绪、拥抱松弛。
近日，盘锦速优公益实践团队携中学生综评网应盘锦市大洼区田家学校邀请为该校初中部1300多名学生进行了一场中医+趣味心理的综合素质实践公益活动。
针对初一到初三学生的不同年龄特点，盘锦速优公益实践团队采取了不做枯燥的理论宣讲，而是用沉浸式体验搭建“沟通实践场”与“情绪疗愈站”，让学生在玩中学、在动中悟，既能读懂沟通的逻辑，也能掌握与自我和解的方法。
在当天的沉浸式体验同口令撕纸体现出，看见语言背后的“理解差”，理解不同、操作习惯有差异，最终结果会截然不同，就像校园里接收到老师布置的小组任务、同学传达的合作需求时，“想当然”的理解往往会偏离初衷，而“及时确认细节”“清晰表达疑问”，才是实现“沟通对等”的关键。
部分初三学生表示参与这场以“沟通对等”为核心、兼顾身心放松的心理综评活动，收获很大，不止学会识别沟通中的认知盲区，掌握“精准表达”与“高效倾听”的实用技巧，让未来的人际交往少一点误解、多一份顺畅;也能get一套随时可用的“十指解压法”，在课间、考前快速平复情绪;更能在互动中看见自我与他人的差异，收获接纳与包容的心态，拥有更通透的心境、更松弛的状态。
针对初二学生本次的综评公益实践活动“小小李时珍”主要学习中医文化，沉浸式体验中，学生不仅能亲手触摸艾草、当归等常见中药材，直观感受中医“药食同源”的智慧，还能学习简单的穴位按压和中医养生小知识，建立对传统医学的基础认知。学生们通过模拟把脉、制作中草药泡脚包等实践环节，学生将动手能力与文化学习相结合，既掌握了辨识药材、搭配草本的实用技能，更能在过程中领悟中医“治未病”的健康理念，在心中种下传承中华优秀传统文化的种子。
