“河南中原青年社会实践研究发展中心实践基地”授牌仪式在新乡县“月来桥”书院举行

​11月26日上午，河南中原青年社会实践研究发展中心负责人王红、河南省大众创业导师张海军一行赴新乡县七里营镇陈庄村为新乡县金福防护用品有限公司兴办的月来桥书院授牌。

现场，新乡县金福防护用品有限公司总经理陈周勇介绍了企业创业和发展情况。他和爱人王小岭于2007 年购置4台缝纫机开始办起反光背心加工厂，经过滚雪球发展企业现有职工 160 人，其中残疾人8人，年产能 5000万元，主要产品是反光背心和女士内衣。公司始终秉持“以质量求生存、 以信誉求发展、以客户满意为宗旨”的经营理念，持续创新发展，产品已进入欧洲、北美、澳洲等国际市场。月来桥书院顾问、退休高级教师张贵田介绍了陈周永、王小岭夫妇做大做强企业后，致富后不忘乡里，投入上百万元办起了月来桥书院，还出资28万元连续三年给村里人和附近的父老乡亲们唱大戏，活跃文化生活，助力乡村振兴。

王红一行还到企业生产线车间进行了参观，对企业的发展提出指导性建议，一是企业负责人要有家国情怀，树立为民服务的思想，为国家发展做出贡献，为地方的发展贡献力量，当好乡村振兴点“领头雁”。二是企业要提档升级，注重技术升级，设备的更新，管理理念的转变，抓住“十五五”规划，让企业享受到更多的政策红利。三是企业一定要依托该实践基地，组织更多青年学者、高校学生深入乡村一线，开展形式多样实践活动，引导广大青年在服务乡村、贡献才智 中受教育、长才干、作贡献。（刘彦坤 张先立）
