为进一步规范辖区餐饮市场经营秩序，切实守护群众饮食安全，2025年10月24日，青年路市场监督管理所聚焦近期餐饮行业督导检查中发现的突出问题，组织辖区14家重点餐饮商户召开专题约谈会。通过“面对面沟通、点对点提醒、实打实要求”的方式，层层压实商户主体责任，推动辖区餐饮安全管理水平提质升级。
会上，执法人员首先通报了近期日常巡查、专项检查及投诉举报处理中发现的典型问题，主要集中于三方面：一是部分商户食品安全管理制度执行不力，存在从业人员未按规定佩戴口罩、工作帽及工作衣的情况；二是食品加工操作不规范，个别商户未严格划分生熟食品存放区域，加工工具清洗消毒不彻底；三是餐饮具清洗消毒流程不达标，部分商户消毒设备未定期维护，消毒记录存在缺失。执法人员结合具体案例，深入剖析问题成因及潜在安全风险，帮助商户直观认识自身不足，明确整改方向与重点。
随后，工作人员围绕《中华人民共和国食品安全法》等法律法规，结合辖区餐饮行业实际情况，向商户详细解读食品安全主体责任的具体内容，并提出明确要求：一是严格落实进货查验制度，确保食材来源可追溯，严禁采购、使用过期、变质及不合格食品；二是强化从业人员管理，定期开展食品安全知识培训，确保在岗人员持有效健康证上岗，严格执行晨检制度，规范佩戴防护用品；三是规范后厨操作流程，明确划分清洁区、半清洁区、污染区，严格落实生熟分开、荤素分开要求，杜绝交叉污染。
下一步，青年路市场监督管理所将持续加大辖区餐饮行业监管力度：一方面，开展问题整改“回头看”检查，对此次约谈涉及的问题整改情况进行跟踪核查，对整改不到位、拒不整改的商户依法依规严肃处置；另一方面，深化食品安全宣传教育，通过线上线下联动模式，向商户及消费者普及食品安全知识，引导商户诚信守法经营，提升消费者安全意识与自我保护能力，共同构建安全、放心的餐饮消费环境。
