扎根一线，把最美好的年华献给农村基层卫生事业；医德高尚，为困难患者减免费用近10万元；热爱公益，科普医学知识、心理疏导治疗、爱心献血……城乡一体化示范区基层医生汪胜利凭一颗赤子之心行事，是一名古道热肠的“侠医”，是群众身边无私奉献的健康贴心人。
帮助他人 快乐自己
汪胜利出生于中医世家，世代行医，爷爷曾经是豫东一带的名老中医，医德高尚，医术超群，救人无数。汪胜利自幼受医学熏陶，一心一意为百姓解除病痛。
在20多年的临床工作中，他救人无数，参加公益活动上百场，为百姓科普医学知识80多场，爱心献血8000多毫升。
“1998年是我人生中最难忘的一年。”回忆起往事，汪胜利说，当时，他从老家骑车去兰考上学，到兰考县南古寨村附近突然看到一辆三轮车翻倒在路边深沟里。
汪胜利急忙跑过去，奋不顾身上前救治，并让旁边的人拨打120电话。车下一男三女，4个人身上、脸上、头部都是鲜血，男人面部苍白，双手扶着小腿，头部一直在流血，身边的女孩嘴唇发紫，双手紧捂小腹，另外两人受伤都很严重。他一边大声喊过路行人，一边给4个外伤患者进行紧急对症处理，等到救护车到了，他才默默离开。
上门义诊 健康万家
在20多年的临床工作中，汪胜利淡泊名利，一直不忘治病救人的初心使命，为困难患者减免各类费用50多万元，参加公益活动上百场，到基层科普医学知识100余次，抢救患者100多人。
在部队医院工作期间，他多次在抗洪救灾、植树造林、征兵体检、军训等各大军事场合表现突出，受到部队首长的表扬和奖励。
回到地方，初心不改。他特别关心抗战老兵、残疾军人、部队家属，每月都会定期上门为20多位抗战老兵、退役军人义务巡诊。
近年来，他利用周末和假期，到各县区80多家中国SOS儿童村、敬老院、福利院、孤儿院义诊，为多名孤寡老人、福利院孤儿免费治疗。
学习雷锋 弘扬精神
汪胜利一直把学习雷锋精神、弘扬雷锋精神、传递正能量作为己任。
2020年，他担任开封雷锋纪念馆副馆长，至今已接待全国各地学习雷锋先进事迹宣讲人数3000多场、20000多人，受到广泛赞扬。
2025年5月27日，他代表开封雷锋纪念馆和3名志愿者自筹资金6000元，冒着高温酷暑开车到80公里以外的尉氏县永兴镇王寨小学，为孩子送去《雷锋的故事》，并向学校图书馆捐赠其他书籍。
多年来，他利用空余时间到乡村学校普及中医药文化知识，到城乡一体化示范区20多家敬老院，为近2000名老人开展义诊、按摩、心理咨询、用药指南等服务，老人称他为“当代活雷锋”。
近日，汪胜利被全国学雷锋办公室、中国雷锋工程委员会、中国雷锋报社联合授予“全国学雷锋先进个人”荣誉称号。（刘延超）
