列车工作人员暖心守护-旅客遗失笔记本电脑完璧归赵

近日，一趟列车上发生了暖心一幕。在K1237次列车从郑州驶向温州的途中，列车长风雷像往常一样在车厢内进行巡视工作。当行至4号车厢时，他发现行李架上有一个双肩背包，周围却不见主人的身影。凭借经验，他判断这极有可能是旅客下车时不慎遗落的。

列车长风雷立刻将背包打开检查，发现包里有一台笔记本电脑，他立即将笔记本电脑妥善保管起来，第一时间与乘警取得联系，共同商讨寻找失主的办法。他们首先通过列车上的广播系统，反复播报寻物启事，详细描述了笔记本电脑的特征以及发现的位置，希望失主能够听到广播后尽快与列车工作人员取得联系 。然而，经过一段时间的等待，并没有人前来认领。

为了尽快找到失主，列车长和乘务员又开始仔细查阅该座位旅客的购票信息，尝试通过预留的联系方式与失主取得联系。但由于部分信息缺失，他们的努力暂时没有取得成效。随后，他们又查看了列车上的监控录像，希望从中获取更多线索。经过一番努力，终于确定了失主可能下车的站点。

与此同时，失主姚志勇在发现电脑遗失后，心急如焚，立即拨打了12306客服电话寻求帮助。12306客服人员迅速将信息反馈给了列车长。列车长在接到信息后，第一时间与失主取得了联系，并告知他电脑已经被找到，请他放心。失主得知电脑安然无恙，激动不已，对列车工作人员的热心帮助表示万分感谢。

考虑到失主已经下车，无法直接返回列车领取电脑。列车长按照规定编写了客运记录，与杭州站的车站工作人员取得联系，协调将笔记本电脑移交至该站的失物招领处。在列车到达杭州站后，车长小心翼翼地将笔记本电脑交给了车站工作人员，并详细说明了情况。

失主姚志勇在接到列车工作人员的通知后，第一时间前往车站失物招领处。在车站工作人员的协助下，经过身份核实，顺利地领取到了失而复得的笔记本电脑。失主感慨地说：“这台电脑里存储着我许多重要的工作资料和个人文件，如果真的丢失了，后果不堪设想。非常感谢列车工作人员的认真负责和热心帮助，让我避免了巨大的损失 。”

列车工作人员拾金不昧、积极寻找失主的行为，不仅展现了他们高尚的职业道德和良好的精神风貌，也让旅客在旅途中感受到了温暖与关怀。
