滨河办事处开展2025年国际减灾日“进社区、进家庭”宣传教育活动

2025年10月13日是第36个国际减灾日，滨河办事处联合应急管理局、神鹰救援队，以“进社区、进家庭”为核心，将防灾减灾知识与安全保障精准送到群众身边，切实筑牢基层安全防线。

在社区活动现场，主题横幅醒目悬挂，知识展板直观呈现，宣传视频循环播放，浓厚的安全宣传氛围扑面而来。神鹰救援队聚焦地震、洪水、火灾等高频灾害场景，用居民听得懂的通俗语言，详细讲解“趴下、掩护、握固”避震法、洪水高处转移要点、火灾低姿逃生技巧等实用知识；更通过现场演示灭火器规范操作、心肺复苏基础步骤，将理论转化为可实操的技能，同时耐心解答居民关于家庭应急准备的各类疑问，让安全知识“活”起来。

随后，宣传队伍深入居民家中开展“一对一”精准宣讲。工作人员逐户指导居民排查燃气使用隐患、电路老化问题等居家安全风险点，同步普及家庭应急物资包配备清单，明确手电筒、应急干粮、急救包、重要文件复印件等关键物品的必备性。

活动期间，共发放防灾减灾手册、安全知识宣传页超200份，赠送印有安全提示的抽纸等宣传礼品，直接覆盖居民200余人次。

此次活动不仅让防灾减灾理念深度融入社区、扎根家庭，更有效提升了居民的灾害风险防范意识与自救互救能力，为构建安全、稳定的基层生活环境奠定了坚实基础。
