山西省两人荣登全国见义勇为勇士榜

中国记录通讯社（记者：厍红英）10月9日，中央政法委在京发布2025年第二、三季度见义勇为勇士榜。山西省大同市平城区个体工商户臧凯、临汾市翼城县王庄镇卫生院护士王琼上榜。

2025年5月27日，臧凯驾车途经大同市南延寺儿村附近时，看到一辆小轿车翻滚至路边的绿化带中。车辆严重受损，并有火苗蹿出，随时可能发生燃爆。面对危险，臧凯立即停车冲向事故车辆，发现有3名人员被困其中，臧凯大声呼喊，但车内无人回应。于是他只能徒手奋力掰开车门，将其中的两名伤者救出。随后，附近一名村民赶来帮忙，他们又合力将最后一名受伤人员救出。2025年8月，臧凯抢险救人行为被确认为见义勇为。

2025年8月14日，王琼在泰山游玩期间，在中天门至南天门路段，发现一名游客突然倒地，便立即上前查看。该男子面色苍白，意识模糊，呼吸微弱，疑似因登山体力透支引发急性心脏不适。王琼迅速开展急救，她一边不停地呼喊该男子，一边让周围群众拨打120急救电话。随后，她双膝跪在坚硬的石阶上，为游客实施心肺复苏。大约7分钟后，该男子逐渐恢复意识和自主呼吸，景区医护人员赶来后将该男子送往医院。2025年8月，王琼抢险救人行为被确认为见义勇为。

见义勇为勇士季度选树活动由中央政法委主办，中华见义勇为基金会承办。根据网络关注度和各地各单位依规确认、推荐进行综合评审，今年二、三季度全国共有69位见义勇为勇士光荣上榜。
