中国记录通讯社（记者：厍红英）央视消息：当地时间3日晚，巴勒斯坦伊斯兰抵抗运动（哈马斯）发表声明，表示愿意接受美国此前提出的结束加沙冲突和重建加沙的“20点计划”中的部分内容，并准备好就其他内容展开谈判。
哈马斯方面表示，为了实现加沙地带停火以及以色列全面撤出加沙地带，哈马斯同意根据特朗普的提议释放所有以色列人质，并交出遇难者遗体，前提是满足交换的必要条件。在此背景下，哈马斯愿意立即通过调解员进行谈判，讨论这一进程的具体细节。
哈马斯方面称，同意将加沙地带的管理权移交给一个独立的巴勒斯坦机构（技术官僚机构）。特朗普提案中涉及加沙地带未来和巴勒斯坦人民固有权利的其他问题，将在巴勒斯坦的全民框架内进行讨论，哈马斯也将参与其中，并为此做出负责任的贡献。
3日晚，哈马斯政治局成员穆萨·阿布·马尔祖克在接受采访时表示，当务之急是停止战争和杀戮，从这个角度来看，哈马斯对特朗普的“20点计划”做出了积极回应。他还表示，72小时内移交以色列活着的人质和遇难者遗体只是理论上的，在目前的情况下是不现实的。
另据路透社援引哈马斯一名高级官员的话称，在以色列结束占领之前，哈马斯不会解除武装。
3日稍早前，美国总统特朗普在社交媒体“真实社交”上发文说，哈马斯必须在美东时间10月5日（周日）18时前接受协议。如果协议无法达成，哈马斯“将遭受前所未有的地狱般的打击”。特朗普称，这份计划是哈马斯
