牛山孙氏文化发展中心为“弘扬伟大抗战精神”，激发牛山孙氏家族爱党爱国热情、夯实爱党爱国意志。2025年9月23日，隆重召开了“弘扬伟大抗战精神暨《牛山孙英烈传》编撰座谈会”。
会议主题意义深远、层次较高。特邀了新四军研究会、运河支队研究会、山东时代孙子文化研究中心负责人、牛山孙氏家族在军内、党政机关退休的领导干部、全国各地牛山孙氏英烈后代和牛山孙氏文化发展中心领导班子共200多人参加。
活动形式新颖、内涵丰富。上午，与会人员首先到牛山孙氏祖林在中央军委原副主席、国防部原部长迟浩田上将题写的“淮海战役奉献祖林古松柏遗址”碑前，向在抗战牺牲的610余位英烈进行了祭拜;到牛山孙氏祠堂内瞻仰了英烈珍贵文物和历史资料;随后，到瑞琴艺术馆观瞻了“纪念抗战胜利80周年庆国庆沂蒙情”书画名家邀请展。下午，在新城召开了如何把爱党爱国热情转化为具体行动中去的座谈会。
在瑞琴艺术馆，建设者孙景瑞向与会人员介绍了由6位75岁以上的老艺术家和20多位著名中青年艺术家邀请展筹办情况。自己卖掉住房自筹资金建馆过程及开馆六年来免费参展、免费参观、免费办学取得的社会效益。受到枣庄市各级党政部门和社会团体高度重视，先后被授予“枣庄市关心下一代教育基地”、“雷锋精神展馆”、“市中区文旅局文化驿站”、“枣庄市二十九中教学基地”、“枣庄文曲书院实践活动基地”、“农工党书画创作研学基地”等荣誉称号情况。大家细致观摩了6位75岁以上老艺术家和20多位著名中青年艺术家书画作品。
在86岁老画家、美术教育家高龙章《图鉴古薛国》作品前，一位来自福建铁道游击队后代激动地说：这幅画很珍贵，我爷爷常讲起他在火车站侦查敌情、收集情报的过程。
在著名老版画家陈力生《芦荡悠然》和《台儿庄大捷》版画前，一位来自黑龙江铁道游击队后代动情地说：我父亲当年都是隐蔽在微山湖芦苇荡当中打鬼子。
来自兰州运河支队后代接着说：我爷爷在台儿庄战役当民工，他常给我讲台儿庄战役的惨烈，是日本鬼子暴行激起了当兵保家卫国的愿望，后来参军转战甘肃留在了兰州。
在著名山水老画家张继国《台儿庄运河古风》作品前，一位来自广东运河支队后代凝视着滔滔运河记忆犹新地回想到：父亲过去常给我讲，当年他冬天踩着冰过运河、春天蹚着冷水过运河、夏秋天有时游水、有时坐船过运河转战两岸的战斗故事。
在山东美协教授研究员姚永胜作品《太行山行秋图》前，一位来自湖北运河支队后代望着巍巍太行山景，激动地说：父亲在世时常提起他跟随刘邓大军在太行山转战山涧甩掉鬼子的战斗情况。
在沂蒙画派领军人孙景瑞《沂蒙叠翠》作品画前，一位来自浙江115师后代望着高耸入云的山固、山峦起伏沂蒙山景。感慨地说：沂蒙山区真是打仗的好战场，便于隐藏、便于出击，很符合过去爷爷常给我讲起他在沂蒙山打鬼子的场面。
在著名花鸟老画家亢文龙《山色》画前，一位来自云南苏鲁支队后代激情地说：江山如画、画如江山，这么美好的祖国山河，我们祖祖辈辈得保护好!他激情地朗诵起苏轼《念奴娇•赤壁怀古》：大江东去，浪淘尽……江山如画，一时多少豪杰……。
与会人员还兴致勃勃地观赏了全国各地收藏家、艺术家送展的不同时代历史古陶、古瓷、青铜器等文物和省内外二十位著名书画家精美作品;在三楼观看了书画教育场所摆放的教学工具和教学作品，瞻仰了雷锋精神展馆，感动的大家纷纷在雷锋像前留影。
大家一致对孙老自筹资金建馆、自付水电工资维修费用、自掏腰包接待;免费参展销售、免费参观、免费办学“三自三免”的建馆、用馆、活馆做法给予高度评价。他们认为：这是个将艺术、文化融入政治、经济、军事综合教育体，很有价值!
著名老版画家陈力生动情地向大家说：我几十年创作的精美版画都放在家里，有了这个艺术馆，终于找到了我的版画归宿，这个免费平台很难得!我还要把十二生肖版画刻板捐赠这个馆!
有一位牛山孙氏参会学者高度总结此馆有“观文物知历史、看书画知传承、学雷锋知成长” 三层重大意义。
