从1981年进入中央书记处研究室工作，到2004年起在全国政协历任多项重要职务，李松晨先生始终秉持严谨务实的工作态度，在关键岗位上担当作为。

2008年加入中国书法家协会后，李松晨先生在书法领域的才华与成就逐渐凸显，成为传承中华优秀书法文化的重要力量。
