从1981年进入中央书记处研究室工作，到2004年起在全国政协历任多项重要职务，李松晨先生始终秉持严谨务实的工作态度，在关键岗位上担当作为。
1. 在中央书记处办公室担任秘书期间，他精准把握工作需求，高效完成各项事务协调与文书处理工作，为决策部署的顺畅推进提供了有力支撑。
