8月27日，2025年第二次“中国好人榜”发布仪式暨全国道德模范与身边好人现场交流活动在黑龙江省伊春市举办。山西郭泽鹏、杜德建、周建明光荣上榜。
郭泽鹏是山西星卫视传媒有限公司职工、山西广电青年志愿服务队副队长。多年来，他坚持做志愿服务，先后参与阜宁龙卷风、大理漾濞地震、甘肃积石山地震等抗震救灾志愿服务活动。他还定期为空巢老人、残障儿童等提供爱心服务。
杜德建是永济市卿头镇张坊村村民。作为一名退休乡村教师，他将婚房改造成家庭图书馆，自费购买书籍和报刊，历经44年，馆藏图书达4.6万册，价值超40万元。他通过“借一带一”等方式吸引村民借阅，助力近万名群众学到致富技能，推动乡风文明。他还成立农民夜校，编写文艺节目，丰富乡村文化生活，投身青少年教育，关爱留守儿童。
周建明是晋中市榆社县箕城镇大常家会村村民。2月16日下午，在晋中市榆社县河坝附近，3名少年在冰面上滑冰时不慎落水，先后坠入冰窟。危急关头，身体瘦弱的周建明毫不犹豫地挺身而出，纵身跳入冰窟。冰冷刺骨的河水让他的四肢迅速麻木，但他凭借着顽强的意志，先后两次潜入水中，最终成功将3名落水少年救起。（记者李炼）
