中国记录通讯社（记者：厍红英）平遥消息：8月18日，第25届平遥国际摄影大展举行新闻发布会，向中外摄影人发出邀请，9月19日至23日，相聚古城平遥，共享摄影盛会。
本届大展以“突破界限·智见未来”为主题，旨在人工智能与数字图像重塑的当下，以摄影为媒介，回应科技变革与全球交流的影像使命。大展共有来自全球34个国家和地区及全国25个省、市、自治区的5000余名摄影师参展，展出作品超过2万幅，涵盖社会生活、风光自然、艺术观念等多个类别。同时，还收到117所国内外院校的摄影投稿，征集到120余部短视频及百余本摄影画册、手工书等成果。
大展将继续秉持国际化、专业化、多元化的办展方针，设置展览、评选、交易、活动、院校五大板块15个单元，全面覆盖影像创作、市场运作、专业评选与学术交流，致力打造集艺术、产业与学术于一体的多维平台。所有展览将集中在平遥县原柴油机厂、原棉织厂、县衙、吉祥寺四大展区同步展出。
本届大展还将推出两项全新机制。一是成立画廊理事会，吸引具备策展能力与市场经验的国内外画廊及艺术机构参与，推动艺术价值与商业价值深度融合，为摄影家拓展市场展示与成长空间。二是将院校展单元升级为院校板块，并设立“院校理事会”与“院校学术委员会”。由高校代表参与学术主题讨论与交流，推动高校间合作及摄影教育的可持续发展。首届院校理事会将由沈阳城市学院主理。
大展将全新升级“PIP策展人培养计划”，以国际化视野在平遥与德国博特罗普两地开展策展培训与实践，实现“双城联动”，打造跨越国界的双城策展空间。高校摄影教育论坛将在智能化时代的语境下，以“VR虚拟影像场景”为亮点，打造实景拍摄与虚拟影像相融合、全新的现场体验空间。
此外，为彰显摄影作为跨文化交流重要媒介的独特价值，呈现全球影像创作的广度与深度，本届大展特邀摄影大师史蒂芬妮·施耐德、克莱尔·玛丽·贝利参与，通过宝丽来摄影的形式思考影像的魅力，进一步增强平遥国际摄影大展的全球影响力与文化包容性。（裴云锋）
