7月25日上午，定远县组织召开赴南京江北新材料科技园跟班锻炼干部座谈会，县政府副县长杜宝柱主持会议，县委常委、组织部部长陶应付出席会议并讲话，县直有关部门负责人参加会议。
会上，8名跟班锻炼干部围绕“学习到什么，感悟到什么，转化了什么”等多个方面，从思路理念、创新精神、担当实干、营商环境等多个角度，紧密结合自身工作实际，谈感悟、讲收获、提建议。大家纷纷表示，此次跟班学习经历不仅开阔了视野、增长了见识，更重要的是学到了先进的理念、创新的举措和务实的作风。
会议指出
要深刻认识到跟班锻炼不仅仅是个人的成长进步，更是肩负着推动我县社会经济发展的重要使命。县委选派干部赴南京江北新材料科技园跟班锻炼，目的是要培养一批懂经济、懂项目、懂发展的高素质干部，为全县高质量发展奠定坚实的人才基础。
