什么是高强度聚焦超声(HIFU)?

简单来说，HIFU就像是拿一把超级放大镜，把超声波聚焦到肿瘤上，瞬间产生70-100℃高温，把肿瘤给“烤”熟，最后让它死掉。就像太阳光通过放大镜照射在一个小点上，瞬间变得炽热。别担心，这里说的“热”只是对肿瘤有效，周围的健康组织还是安然无恙。

HIFU治疗怎么做?

HIFU治疗过程你也许会想象成一个科学实验，但其实非常简单：

1. 术前准备：别紧张，跟去医院做个体检差不多。医生会先给你做个超声、CT啥的，确定肿瘤的位置和大小。

2. 精准定位：医生就像“侦探”一样，用超声影像把肿瘤精准定位到治疗设备的“瞄准镜”里。然后，根据肿瘤的具体情况，制定专属的治疗方案。

3. 开始治疗：你会躺在治疗床上，设备对准肿瘤，开始发射超声波。过程中，你可能会感觉到一点点的温暖，或者像被阳光照射的感觉。总之，除了轻微的热感，基本上没有什么不舒服的。

4. 治疗结束，恢复如常：治疗结束后，你就可以拍拍屁股走人了!这不像传统手术，伤口缝合，住院几天。治疗过后基本可以照常活动，恢复得超快!
