华夏国际融媒体联席会采编中心 辽宁讯 7月13日，由沈阳客运段客运一队值乘的Z14次列车上，上演了一幕紧急救助突发中暑老人的暖心场景，让旅客在危难时刻感受到了铁路服务的温度。
当日，列车从广州白云站发车后不久，一位年近七旬的旅客带着两个行李和12岁的孙子乘车，途中突感身体不适，让孙子急忙向列车工作人员求助。列车长朱铁利闻讯后迅速赶到老人身边，此时老人已出现头晕恶心、浑身无力、呼吸困难等症状，随后陷入昏迷。
情况紧急，朱铁利立即通过广播在全车寻找医生，同时迅速启动应急预案。结合当地温度与老人症状，他初步判断老人可能中暑，随即与同事李北一同将老人转移至门头通风处。为快速缓解症状，两人分工协作：朱铁利用冷水浸湿毛巾，细心敷在老人头部及肢体进行物理降温；李北则快步跑至餐车取来冰袋，放置在老人额头与腋下辅助降温。经过近20分钟的紧急处置，老人意识逐渐恢复，朱铁利又贴心地喂老人喝下矿泉水和牛奶，及时补充水分与能量。
不久后，乘车的医生赶到现场，检查后确认老人确为中暑，并对朱铁利与李北科学规范的施救方法给予高度赞扬。
次日，列车长伊龙经与旅客多次协商，将老人由中铺调换到了下铺，并始终密切关注老人的身体状况，途中多次为老人测量血压，悉心询问身体感受。考虑到老人行动不便，值班员刘冰主动承担起搀扶护送老人去卫生间的任务。按时为老人送水送饭，全方位保障老人的旅途需求。
在老人即将于锦州南站下车前，伊龙提前与车站联系，协调做好到站接应准备。当列车抵达锦州南站，老人的家属见到工作人员时，感动不已，向列车工作人员深深鞠躬，连连道谢：“多亏了你们一路像家人一样照顾，真是太感谢了！”
