【建功云冈 强国有我】马树森：用“爱心剪刀”剪出邻里温情

在山西大同云冈区口泉街道金凤凰社区泉东小区，有这样一位老党员，他三十年如一日坚守初心，用一把“爱心剪刀”为邻里剪出温暖，用无私奉献诠释共产党员的责任与担当。

清晨的阳光洒进泉东小区，一把剪刀、一把推子、一张围布，简单的工具承载着不简单的温情。这位正在为老人理发的，是有着30年党龄的老党员马树森。2025年，他发现小区里的老年人理发不便，便主动组织志愿者队伍，开展免费理发服务。辖区居民说：“马树森的免费理发活动真是太方便了。我们这些老年人腿脚不方便，去理发店很麻烦。现在在家门口就能理发，真的特别得好。”
从青丝到白发，马树森的“爱心剪刀”不仅剪出了清爽利落的发型，更剪出了浓浓的邻里情。理发时，他总是耐心询问老人的需求，聊聊家常，问问近况，小小的理发摊成了小区里最温暖的风景线。辖区居民说：“马树森在我们小区是最好的共产党员了。我们小区不管有什么困难，他及时都能给解决了，我觉得他的行为，我特别受感动。所以，他工作随时叫我，我随时也支持帮助，我挺佩服他的。”
马树森曾是大同市电信局口泉分局的一名线务员，工作四十多年，他兢兢业业，多次被评为先进工作者和劳动模范。2015年，他不幸罹患肺癌，但手术后，他依然乐观坚强，继续为社区奉献余热。
泉东小区因历史原因长期没有物业，环境卫生成了难题。马树森又主动站出来，带领老党员和居民志愿者清理垃圾、维护设施。无论严寒酷暑，他的身影总是出现在小区最需要的地方。金凤凰社区工作人员刘倩说：“马叔是我们社区的‘活雷锋’。他不仅自己积极参加我们社区的活动，还带动了许多居民加入志愿者队伍。他的行动感染了我们每一个人，让我们看到了共产党员的先锋模范作用。他的无私奉献精神值得我们学习。”老党员马树森说：“我作为一名共产党员，我始终牢记党的宗旨，全心全意为人民服务。虽然自己已经退休了，但是思想不能退，我觉得自己还能为小区或者居民为群众做点小事。看到大家因为我的服务而感到高兴，我心里也特别得满意。我会一直坚持下去，直到我动不了为止。”
