山西省大同市公安局刑事侦查支队开展预防打击突出违法犯罪主题宣传活动

为预防和打击各类突出违法犯罪，纵深推进“万警进万家同心筑同安”入户走访和“全民反诈在行动”集中宣传月活动，6月29日，大同市公安局刑事侦查支队在华严寺广场举办以“预防打击突出违法犯罪”为主题的宣传活动，聚焦反有组织犯罪、未成年人保护、打击治理跨境赌博及电信网络诈骗、养老诈骗、整治群众身边不正之风和腐败问题等核心领域突出违法犯罪，通过现场宣讲、发放传单等形式普及法律知识，提升全民防范意识，筑牢安全防线。市公安局党委委员、副局长李宇宙出席此次宣传活动。活动吸引近千名市民参与，现场发放宣传资料1万余份。

市公安局刑事侦查支队高度重视预防和打击各类突出违法犯罪工作，聚焦重点领域、重点行业，精准普法预防、有力打击震慑。通过案例展板揭露黑恶势力犯罪手段，强调“严打六霸”与行业领域黑灰产整治，结合《反有组织犯罪法》明确“从业禁止”“财产申报”等法律责任，鼓励群众举报涉黑线索;针对校园欺凌、网络沉迷等问题，民警开展互动问答，现场教授自我保护技巧;通过现场讲解、发放传单，揭露跨境赌博“高薪诱骗”“杀大赔小”等陷阱，同步展示近年来侦破的跨境赌博大案成果及防骗提示;在宣传现场设置“反诈体验区”，紧紧围绕“反诈是门必修课，筑牢防线守好责”这一主题，以案释法还原“刷单返利”“投资理财”“养老理财骗局”等套路，帮助群众牢固树立“反诈是一门人人都要学，且长期要学、深入学的人生必修课”的观念;曝光医保基金违规使用、公益慈善诈捐、殡葬领域乱收费等典型案例，公布专项举报渠道，强调“严打基层微腐败”的执法决心。

市公安局党委委员、副局长李宇宙同志强调，下一步公安机关将继续推进“万警进万家同心筑同安”入户走访活动，深化“打防管治宣”一体化机制，多部门联动开展常态化宣传，提升精准打击能力。此次宣传活动既彰显公安机关打击犯罪的坚定决心，更凝聚全社会共建平安的共识，使得宣传深入人心，取得了良好的社会效果。
