“2025上海食品安全与消毒技术研讨会”27日在上海召开。为全面贯彻落实中共中央办公厅、国务院办公厅《关于进一步强化食品安全全链条监管的意见》等文件的重要精神，深入探讨消毒技术在食品安全领域的应用，加强行业交流与合作，共同推动消毒与食品安全行业的发展，6月27日下午，“2025 年上海食品安全与消毒技术研讨会”在上海丽柏酒店隆重举办。相关事业单位、协会、食品生产、餐饮、消毒企业、检测机构代表百余人参会。有参会人员表示2025年的食品安全消毒剂国家标准也已发布 ，新标准新政策下，此时举办研讨会很有必要。
上海市食安联会长陈祖尧、餐饮食品安全监管处处长黄丽瑢分别在会上致辞，对会议的成功举办表示祝贺，并强调消毒与食品安全密切相关，关系到人民群众的身体健康。
会议邀请了中科院院士房喻、中华世界台胞协会荣誉总顾问郁慕明、市食安联专家组副组长姜培珍、艺康集团大中华区法规事务总监俞云表、光明乳业华东中心工厂QC经理许冉冉、深圳市迦勒科技有限公司技术总监许拓宓发表演讲。
专委会主任黄志明在致辞中强调，食品安全需要全社会共同关注 共享共治，希望更多的消毒技术人员参与到委员会的各项工作中来;同时黄主任还特意感谢闪电神、恩科、洁康生物等对本次研讨会的支持。
消毒技术是食品安全链条中不可替代的防线，从源头防控到终端处理，高效、环保、精准的消毒方案能有效阻断食源性病菌传播，降低食源性疾病风险，为公众健康构筑坚实屏障。本次研讨会的成功举办，不仅为食品安全与消毒技术领域搭建了高水平的交流平台，更彰显了科技创新在守护“舌尖安全”中的核心作用。
