第318期万贤汇人文沙龙于2025年6月14日下午在北京西城朗琴国际大厦1119会议厅举行。本期沙龙主题是《国学智慧在经营管理中的应用》，由北京时代英杰经济文化院主办，北京中才百科职业技能鉴定中心、北京天道使命文旅发展有限公司承办。本期活动报名48人，因为暴雨天气，实际出席36人，分别来自北京、河北、河南、湖北、广西等十多个行业的人士。自2003年以来万贤汇沙龙总参加人数已达14665人次。本期活动由北京时代英杰经济文化院特邀主持人、儿童语言培训讲师张晨曦主持。
本期主讲嘉宾是我国知名道德经研究学者、管理咨询师王家尧，他发表了《道德经易经在企业管理中的应用》的主题演讲。王家尧是工科大学出身，曾经供职于中国一汽集团，他与国内外多数专家学者有所不同，他是从工程师和管理学角度研究道德经、易经在中国企业管理中的应用，他通过分析中国古代两大经典名著的精髓，从中总结出可以在企业管理中实际应用的管理工具，具有系统性与科学思维的特色。
他从易经的三易——“不易、简易和变易”入手，证明中国古代经典是千古不变的，不仅可以用来教人安身立命，而且可以作为现代企业管理的工具，甚至可以破解很多企业家在管理中遇到的困惑。王家尧认同“中学为体、西学为用”的思想。“中学”是中国的治国安邦之本，亘古不变;外来学问可以弥补中学之不足，有应时制变之功用。林则徐的弟子，被林则徐赞誉为“百年以来仅见的人才”冯桂芬提出“中学为体、西学为用”。“体”是指主体，主要是指以《周易》、《道德经》、五行等系统国学经典为基础的核心观念、原则和价值观。“用”是指功用，主要是指以西方近现代的先进科学技术为对象的管理体系、管理制度、管理方法和科学技术。《盛世危言》的作者郑观应说：道为本，器为末;器可变，道不可变。“中学为体、西学为用”意思是：坚持中国传统的精神文明，以维护思想根基不变，在此基础上，结合西方科学的物质文明，两个车轮同时驱动，在传统与现代之间寻找一种融合和平衡，最终实现富民、强企、强国。
王家尧经过16年的潜心钻研，用《周易》、《道德经》、《素书》、《弟子规》和五行这五部具有完整逻辑的系统的国学经典来指导管理，解决当下企业家们的困惑。他对老子的观点格外推崇，比如老子的话“致虚极、守静笃，万物并作，吾以观复”具有深刻的哲学与人生道理。任何一门可实用的学问，其背后都是一连串的逻辑作支撑，不符合逻辑的东西，都是假的。想要看清万物背后的逻辑，就要具备一双“慧眼”。

一个半小时的讲解之后，现场参加的嘉宾还进行了互动。嘉宾提出了以下三个问题：第一，复旦大学王德峰教授说，现在大家都普遍浮躁，心没有安顿下来。如何用道德经易经智慧安顿自己的灵魂?第二，企业家决策有不同的方式和习惯，有的靠理性，比如张瑞敏;有的靠感觉，比如董明珠;有的靠经验，比如曹德旺、宗庆后，普通企业家如何利用道德经易经智慧做好企业决策?第三，人该不该算命?该不该信命?王家尧在与嘉宾互动中认为，生活在自媒体信息时代的中国人应该从中国传统文化中找到智慧与信仰的支撑，这样灵魂就有所安放，而不在浮躁、迷茫中徘徊。企业家在决策与管理者中应该中西结合，中国的文化、西方的管理工具与技术，这样更利于企业长久稳定的发展。我们倡导大家学习传统文化，吸取创业与人生智慧，但是不太鼓励大家用易经占卜、算命，因为信息时代的大环境瞬息万变，个人的命运是与时代息息相关的，普通人可以靠自己的努力改变命运，而不是靠占卜、算命，就像没有人可以靠摸奖券发家致富、代代相传一样。
沙龙活动结束后，部分沙龙好友和学员参加了“六位一体”音乐知识培训。由“六位一体”音乐培训体系首创者、著名军旅音乐家罗华党主讲，他用通俗易懂的语言，把音乐学院的乐理、鉴赏、视唱、演奏、即兴、创作等六门课程浓缩、交叉讲解于一体，让学员可以在半年内快速掌握音乐学院四年的基础课程内容。一个小时讲解和示范后，学员开始练习唱歌、钢琴伴奏和乐器演奏。两场活动结束后，部分参加者与两位主讲老师合影留念。(法治中国主编：刘连胜)
