斐济共工新闻社6月10日电（记者 黄庆华报道）为促进中俄经贸合作，推动英德红茶、西牛麻竹笋品牌国际化，2025年5月22日至26日，清远市侨商会联合英德市茶业行业协会及有关企业代表组成清远侨商经贸考察团赴俄罗斯考察，聚焦茶叶市场潜力挖掘、消费习惯调研及品牌推广，先后到访圣彼得堡与莫斯科，与金砖国家组织、俄罗斯中国总商会、俄罗斯龙城集团等机构对接资源，并实地考察仓储物流与商贸平台，为英德红茶及西牛麻竹笋进入俄罗斯市场打好基础。
【圣彼得堡：金砖合作与物流枢纽赋能】
在圣彼得堡，清远侨商经贸考察团与俄罗斯联邦“金砖国家之家”自治非营利组织代表就跨境贸易、农产品供应链优化展开座谈，重点探讨如何通过金砖框架下的多边合作机制，推动中国优质农产品进入俄罗斯市场。活动中，考察团向俄方代表赠送了英德红茶与西牛麻竹笋礼盒，展现“清远双宝”的品质与文化内涵。俄方对英德红茶香气与麻竹笋的生态价值高度认可，并提出招商和合作意向，同时双方签订了《合作备忘录》。

随后，在中俄丝路对话文化委员会主席、俄罗斯圣彼得堡华联会安徽商会会长王晶的带领下，清远侨商经贸考察团考察了圣彼得堡仓储物流园。该园区作为连接俄罗斯的重要枢纽，拥有高效的国际物流网络，清远市侨商会会长黄荣孟表示，未来可通过该园区实现清远农特产品的快速分拨，降低运输成本并提升市场响应速度。
【莫斯科：商会联动与市场开拓】
在莫斯科，清远侨商经贸考察团拜会了俄罗斯中国总商会，与会长周立群深入交流。周立群指出，俄罗斯年茶叶消费量超100万吨，红茶占比达70%，而中国作为其最大茶叶供应国，英德红茶凭借独特风味和品牌价值，有望成为俄罗斯市场的“新宠”。他表示，若考察团成员将清远农特产品进入俄罗斯市场，将整合总商会资源，协助英德红茶、清远农特产品进入当地市场，给予经营、法务、政策和资源上的支持。

清远侨商经贸考察团还拜访了中国企业家总商会会长翁瑞龙，探讨共建中俄茶文化交流平台的可行性，并探讨结合俄罗斯消费者偏好浓香型红茶、便捷茶包的特点，开发定制化产品，通过线上线下融合推广茶文化。

此外，清远侨商经贸考察团还考察了俄罗斯龙城市场–这一由华人主导的综合性商贸中心，年茶叶交易规模超千吨。龙城集团负责人王浩表示，建议在龙城市场设立英德红茶专柜，并策划通过举办“中国非遗文化”活动，以茶会、茶展的形式，吸引本地消费者。
王浩先生向斐济《共工新闻》记者介绍，龙城市场近年来重点布局食品与农副产品领域，年均茶叶进口量超千吨，其中红茶消费占比达60%以上，市场潜力巨大。英德市茶业行业协会代表现场调研发现，俄罗斯消费者偏好浓香型红茶，且习惯以茶包形式便捷饮用，这为英德红茶的包装创新与精准营销提供了方向。
