据了解，2022年6月，“公益达人”陈勇被河北省司法厅戒毒管理局、河北省戒毒工作协会聘为省司法行政戒毒系统爱心帮教团“爱心大使”，青龙满族自治县雨露志愿服务中心被评为河北省禁戒毒宣传先进志愿团队。陈勇激情表示：“雨露志愿服务中心禁毒宣传志愿服务队已成立五年时间，当时秦皇岛市强制隔离戒毒所领导为服务队授旗，标态着河北省首支民间禁毒宣传志愿服务队正式成立，填补省内民间禁毒宣传空白，通过十余次大型禁毒宣讲进乡村、进企业、进社区、进校园系列宣传活动，让队员们及参加活动的人进一步认识到毒品的危害性，学习更多有关禁毒、防毒、识毒”的有关知识，远离毒品，珍爱生命，让社会更加和谐，家庭更加幸福美满!”
