哈马斯方面表示，为了实现加沙地带停火以及以色列全面撤出加沙地带，哈马斯同意根据特朗普的提议释放所有以色列人质，并交出遇难者遗体，前提是满足交换的必要条件。在此背景下，哈马斯愿意立即通过调解员进行谈判，讨论这一进程的具体细节。
