１０月２２日，湖南省永州市妇联“学习你我行”巾帼大宣讲全国三八红旗手宣讲首场活动在永州师范高等专科学校举行。活动邀请全国三八红旗手、全国劳动模范、湖南明意湖智能科技董事长李洪梅分享，以自身奋斗故事为学子注入创新创业动力。永州市妇联党组书记、主席、一级调研员姜宁燕，永州师范高等专科学校党委副书记、校长汪华明，永州市妇联党组成员、副主席张静出席，学校３００名女学生参加。
宣讲中，李洪梅分享自身成长经历，讲述了明意湖科技２２年深耕钢化玻璃膜领域的奋斗史。她分享了自学６门外语突破海外市场壁垒，以及在非洲建立湖南省首个海外三八红旗手工作室、开设工厂解决２００余人就业、开展技能培训与“非洲母亲新农场”项目的故事，展现“以技能赋能女性”的担当。宣讲结束，李洪梅和同学们热情互动答疑解惑。
据介绍，下一步，永州市妇联将继续开展“学习你我行”巾帼大宣讲全国三八红旗手宣讲，通过先进典型引领、传播巾帼奋斗故事，引导广大妇女和家庭坚定理想信念、激发奋进力量。（中国妇女报全媒体记者 邵伟／柏莹）
