近日，中国教育监督网官网“舆论监督”专栏，连续发布了《陕西宝鸡市教育行业违法乱纪遭举报》、《网评：碰一碰宝鸡市教育局长的“老虎”屁股怎么样？》、《陕西宝鸡市教育局究竟想干什么？》三篇文章。这三篇文章点击率都在十万以上，如此高的阅读量，背后到底发生了什么？在如今的政治生态背景下怎么会有如此匪夷所思的事件发生？舆情关注率如此之高却为何依然没有结果？
据了解，近段时间，宝鸡市教育局在媒体“上镜率”频繁，先后有50多家网络媒体进行了相关报道。该事件始于宝鸡一所民办中学“宝鸡园丁中学”的公开投诉与维权。据媒体报道，该校办学中遭遇宝鸡市教育局“双标”打压，遭到个别领导“霸凌”、“威胁”，学校利益受到侵害，现在已经到了生死存亡的境地。《人民热线》评论认为，宝鸡市教育局借口该校违规招生而停止两年招生的行政行为不合法，剥夺了宝鸡园丁中学的陈述权、申辩权；严重违反了《行政法》等相关法律、法规，涉嫌滥用职权。“中国教育监督网”报道该校在主张权益诉求时，惹恼了当地教育局相关领导，让领导“不爽”、没有面子，领导才会让该校“关门、走人、腾地方”。并电话称其要和学校“扳手腕”到底。
宝鸡园丁中学的维权之路始于2020年，从创办22年的幼儿园遭遇强拆，到省级标准化高中部以“莫须有”的罪名被叫停，进而宝鸡市教育局又以省级标准化高中未通过为由，于2021年、2022年连续两年叫停高一招生。时至今日，这所创办22年的宝鸡市首家民办高中正面临生死存亡的关头。
三年的维权之路就是一部血泪史，多家官方媒体的密集报道并没有引起相关部门和领导的重视。在此，引用此前媒体报道宝鸡市教育局长电话“敲打”内容：我只认我的现任领导。上面千条线，哪怕到某某某那里批了，到国中书记(陕西省委书记)批了……，但到我这一块，都要从我的“磨眼”(方言：最终都得我说了算)。如果我心里“不欠活”(方言：不爽)……，你就是拿势压我也没有。我就是个光杆，无外乎打回原形，还去当我的老师……，等等(录音为证)。施政在于去私，私不去则公道亡。该位局长的大放厥词、大言不惭，让人难以置信，但同时又验证了相关部门对舆情热点的漠视与消极应对。
这就不难理解，宝鸡市教育局为什么会对上级重要领导的批示不理不睬，不闻不问，甚至暗箱操作，敷衍塞责。因为无论是谁的批示最终都要经过人家的手，真的是“现官不如现管”，这官威大的已经没有了边际。
“教育兴则国家兴，教育强则国家强。”“建设教育强国是中华民族伟大复兴的基础工程，必须把教育事业放在优先位置。”“加强科教兴国战略是实现伟大复兴的重中之重。”在当下的政治生态背景下，宝鸡教育“内卷”之严重，触目惊心，骇人听闻。如此霸凌的“宣言”，自然会让公众厌烦之极，这是公权向公民权力赤裸裸的挑衅。此“雷人之语”刺痛的是公众敏感的神经，折射的是叫嚣者潜意识里的“狂妄自大”，这是权力异化的“倒影”，让自己凌驾于法律之上，对法律是一种践踏。
古人云“宠利毋居人前，德业毋落人后”。一个人不要只为追逐名利，而应要以修养品德为首。宝鸡市教育局该位局长的“高谈阔论”，已经丧失了一个党员干部应有的基本素养。以权势压人，将人民赋予的权利反过来挥舞公权力的大棒，作威作福，孰不知天地自有正气，党纪国法岂能肆意践踏？
近日，网络上将宝鸡园丁中学维权一事与当年秦岭北麓事件相提并论，引发更多关注。有的网友认为，宝鸡园丁中学的遭遇打压可以说是一场有策划的“阴谋”，从最早的“关门、走人、腾地方”的指示，到省级标准化高中被叫停等一系列事情，程序严重违法，有关问题严重失实。这从该校于10月中旬发布的“严正声明”，便可见到有力的证明。
宝鸡园丁中学多次向上级部门反映、求助，均石沉大海，毫无回应，似乎有一张无形的大伞将学校的维权之路封堵住。这就如有些人劝学校刘校长一样，“自古民不跟官斗”之类的话一样。难道某些领导的高谈阔论，对抗中央规定，政治意识淡薄，信仰缺失德不配位，无视党纪国法，言语轻佻失德，阴奉阳违，架子大派头足，挥舞公权力大棒“霸凌”基层学校，无视在校教职工生存现状，漠视学生前途命运，依然能高高在上。难道普通百姓维权真的就这么艰难？
