我叫黄杏友，女，今年82岁，广东省河源市埔前镇泥金村天湖村27号居民。
2021年11月8日上午河源市埔前镇吴副镇长和赖副镇长带着50多人到我家“河源市埔前镇泥金村天湖村27号”，在没有任何合法合规手续，也没有接到区、镇任何书面通知，私闯民宅，故意毁坏公私财物，推倒老人，强行剪开所有门户，粗暴执法，闻所未闻！！！
什么话都没有说拿着量尺丈的工具，在我家进行量土地和房屋面积，撬开房屋内的每一道门，我有打110报警，警察来了后也没能阻止他们强行撞门、撬锁撬门的行为！
我丈夫今年86岁，本来就高血压、脑梗和糖尿病，在被这伙人进来后推倒，由120救护车送往河源医院急救，河源医院经抢救后建义送惠州市人民医院救治。到惠州人民医院医生检查，脑血管又出血，还在惠州人民医院急救室抢救，可是，埔前镇的领导也至今都没有过问医治情况。
“风能进，雨能进，国王不能进。”公民合法私有财产神圣不可侵犯，这是我国的根本大法《宪法》的规定。然而，在拆迁中，公民的最重要的财产房屋却常常被肆无忌惮地侵犯。
强拆，是很多被拆迁人头上挥之不去的阴霾。一旦遭遇强拆，不仅仅是丧失家产，连人身安全都会受到威胁。事实上，国家早就命令禁止强制拆迁。但是，部分地方行政机关或者人员知法犯法，利用老百姓法律知识的欠缺进行非法强拆，严重损害了被拆迁人利益。所以，每个人不要放弃用法律维护自己的权利！
就目前河源出现的案件，希望上级主管部门能够出面制止这种强制暴力行为给予纠正，给老百姓主持公道，还给我们百姓合法权益！
作为一个农民家庭，我有四个儿子，把三个儿子送去部队当兵，其中一个是越战军人，为国家国防作出贡献的。
