汽配城内汽车拆解，垃圾处理太过随意，造成环境污染，多次举报却迟迟无人管理，是业务繁忙？还是有意逃避？违建建筑多处存在安全隐患，火灾事故频发为何还未引起有关部门的注意？一起关注群众对北京京津冀汽配城的有关举报。
违规处理垃圾，污染严重何时治理？
因2020年北京禁止聚集性产业继续营业的政策出台，北京城环城汽配城和五方天雅汽配城依次进行人员疏解。从2020年7月份开始，大量从事汽车零部件批发零售和拆车业务的汽配从业者从北京涌入京津冀汽配城附近。这些汽配人大多来自河南固始、安徽、山东、吉林等地，进入该乡镇村开始经营汽车零部件批发零售和拆车业务。现有上千户村民的庭院即闲置宅基地出租给这些相关从业者进行仓储和拆解汽车等业务。
人员疏解后，属地政府并没有相关管理政策及规章制度，汽配从业者均无照经营，业务营收也不能提供发票，更不能给属地政府提供税收，如此毫无章法的经营制度为随意处理垃圾及一系列的环境问题埋下了隐患。这些汽配人聚集于该地只因该乡镇村离河北省廊坊市香河县中国京津冀汽车零部件交物流中心（简称京津冀汽配城）大约10公里左右的距离，方便每日到汽配城物流中心进行发货，所涉及到的村庄有37个村庄及个别大库。
汽配从业者拆解汽车后制造出的废品垃圾，有的出钱让村民找地方把垃圾送到垃圾站，但是这些垃圾千年不毁也不进行分解消化，如何销毁暂不知晓；有的则会直接丢入荒郊树林、废气河沟、废弃田地，或是直接丢入运河处理，据周边居民了解到，这些人汽配人拆解制作出的残余油污的处理方式占比为：流入下水道（40%）、挖坑掩埋（占40%）、流到田地用土覆盖（20%）。然而不正规的垃圾处理会造成空气污染，花草树木枯萎死亡，田地不能正常播种庄稼，河水水质污染，至水生物死亡，更严重的是会污染地下水，导致各种疾病的发生，危害周边村民的身体健康。
汽配人从各处收来旧车拆解，无任何手续，不知收购车的来源，就随便拆解，油污随便处理，鉴于类似行为危害性巨大。曾经有人举报过这些违法行为，而所属地政府给的回应是会严肃处理这些汽车配件经营者，然而结果是属地政府收受这些汽配从业者给的钱财贿赂，以此平息，不了了之。
火灾事故频发存在隐患，违规违建何时实际处理？
截至目前，相关汽车拆解村已经发生过十几起火灾事故（都有视频照片为证），2022年11月7日在香河县淑阳镇孙止务村，宋止务村都接连发生重大火灾。村民对外出租的搭建房都是私搭乱建，简易二层屋棚，没有消防手续，没有环评手续，也没有配备消火栓，这属于违法违建。而汽车拆解垃圾有很多都是易燃物，存在很大的火灾安全隐患。多起火灾事故的发生并没有引起有关部门的重视，周边的村民也纷纷叫苦不迭，该地工商部门更未进行过相关监管工作，针对这些违法经营并没有采取任何的相关措施。
大量的生活、工业垃圾堆放在厂区门口、村庄道路或林地等，不能得到回收处理，如报废汽车的“五油三水”，白色垃圾等，或就地掩埋，造成严重的生态污染。更有甚者直接将大量不可回收的垃圾丢在这条世界上里程最长、工程最为浩大、历史最悠久的京杭大运河里。对国家、人民造成了极大的损失，也对当地的生态环境，城市面貌造成了不可磨灭的影响。
针对这些汽车拆解配件的违法行为属地政府的态度是进行保护处理，多次举报多次反映迟迟没有结果，属地政府相关人员每年都会收到这些汽车配件人给的好处费，每家给的金额在5000-50000不等。相关人员租改庭院作为库房提供给汽车拆解人员使用，在村民们的求助下，希望相关部门及领导引起重视，及时对此类现象进行管理及整治，还百姓一个平和安宁的居住环境！同时对部分渎职人员进行责罚，真正做到有所作为！
