广东河源市新港镇双田村丝茅坪：村民农田遭破坏，饮水水源被污染

  近日，接到广东省河源市新港镇双田村村民举报，反映村民饮水水源被污染，农田遭破坏，村民上告无门，痛不欲生！村民希望能曝光此事，严惩毁坏村民农田和污染村民饮水水源的违法犯罪行为！
        根据村民反映广东省河源市新港镇双田村村民饮水水源地是一级饮水保护区。但自从此地成立了河源锦天和种植专业合作社（后更名：“河源万绿山种植专业合作社”后在此地又注册“河源市现代农业科技研究所”）这里的农田和生态林道路遭到了严重破坏和污染。村民的饮水被迫无奈迁到异地。

       开始是村民饮水水源池塘的水被引走，只留下原来的5分之一的面积，后又把水源地上游的植被破坏，进行采石和建房。

      使已经缩小的水池的水又被污染。而且把饮用水源水管全部被破坏，把原来的160饮用水管，变成现在110的排污水管，并且水源地上游建设豪华四合院及其它房舍数栋。

       从2019年开始，村民一直饮水欠缺，要么停水要么是黄泥水，造成生活非常不便，苦不堪言。事到如今，这个水源区的生态林道路设施，饮用水源头水管全部被破坏，大面积的农田、林地被严重毁灭，整个水库已经荡然无存。

     特别是下雨天，饮用水就是黄泥水。给村民造成生活非常不便，苦不堪言。

       “绿水青山，金山银山”是我们现在设立的目标，也是努力方向， 根据《中华人民共和国土地管理法》、《基本农田保护条例》、《中华人民共和国环境保护法》等法律法规都对破坏农田和污染水源的做出相关处罚和规定。环境保护不仅需要制度加持，还需要相关部门监督,只有优化生态环境，才能保证人民安全。希望相关部门能够身体力行抓落实，加强对污染企业的惩治力度，着力提升监管质效，为生态发展提供高质量服务，为生态建设提供强有力支撑！
